VOLVO 850 T5-R ESTATE 1995 "TRIBUTE" 1/43 SOLIDO (WHITE)

Miniature made of metal, at 1/43 scale by Solido. The model shown is a Volvo 850 T5-R. The T5-R is the most powerful version of the 850 range, it went on sale in 1995 and has a 5-cylinder, 2.3L engine and 240hp. A total of 5,000 units were manufactured. The 850 model began to be marketed in 1992 and was on sale until 1997 when it was replaced by the S70. The Audi S6 Avant was, along with the BMW M5 Touring, one of the few rivals that the 850 T5R had, although it was less powerful.
