The 190E 2.5 16 Evo II was the most radical version of the 190E model. 502 units were manufactured with the intention of being able to homologate the competition version that ran in the DTM. This street version mounted a 2.5L 16v and 235hp engine, a rival vehicle to the BMW M3 Sport Evolution both in the street version and in the DTM
